You can always exchange or return your ViBeauty order within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and handling charges) as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you can prove that you have returned the products.

Please first notify your return by emailing us at info@vibeauty.nl. You will then receive return instructions via email. Once we have received your return, it will be processed as soon as possible (within 5 working days). We will refund the full purchase amount (including shipping and handling charges) as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: If you have purchased a collection box or starter kit, you must return it in its entirety. This also applies to gifts with a minimum order amount.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. If you are not satisfied with your order, please indicate this when registering your return. If we have genuinely made an error, we will refund the shipping costs and reimburse your money. In the case of an exchange, we will send you new products free of charge.

Have you received a damaged item or has your Pink Gellak product become defective during the warranty period? Please contact our customer service. Of course, you can return a defective Pink Gellac product under warranty at no cost. This applies not only to visible wear and tear of the product resulting from the use of the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Online orders cannot be returned to our physical stores. If you have made your purchase in a store, however, this is possible. Don't forget your proof of purchase.
